This is the sort of thing I try to tell others, but I think their eyes just get glazed over as soon as they detect I’m entering into anything philosophical. 

Depending where I am, I’ve been surrounded by a LOT of negativity, or simply by those who let it eat them up and then it spreads toe everyone else. I’m a super low-key person but tend to get stressed by others easily. Something I constantly work on is letting it roll off, instead of infect.
